Overview of the roleAs a Mechanical Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering high quality service and repairs on customer vehicles in alignment with dealership standards. Your expertise will directly support workshop efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation by ensuring vehicles are fixed right the first time with outstanding technical precision.What you will do
  • Execute all mechanical repairs and services as assigned on repair orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Diagnose faults, perform troubleshooting, and escalate for supervisor support when needed.
  • Identify and report any additional repair requirements with clear cost estimates.
  • Maintain all check sheets, log sheets, and follow Standard Operating Procedures consistently.
  • Ensure proper handling, upkeep, and housekeeping of tools, special tools, and work bay areas.
  • Achieve targeted productivity and efficiency levels through accurate timekeeping and disciplined work practices.
  • Complete required e learning modules, on the job training sessions, and certification programs as scheduled.
  • Comply with all workshop safety protocols, ensuring correct use of safety equipment and helping maintain a safe working environment.
