Delay Analysis: Conduct monthly analysis of delays (supplier, transit, etc.), identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
ETA Tracking & Supplier Follow-ups: Ensure proactive follow-ups with suppliers, accurate ETA tracking, and timely escalations.
Freight & Cost Control: Analyse freight costs, highlight deviations, and drive optimization opportunities.
Reporting & Dashboards: Publish weekly/monthly reports, maintain trackers, and share performance scorecards for forwarders/liners.
Team Management: Lead and guide import coordinators, ensuring alignment, productivity, and accountability.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Buying, Planning, Finance, and Warehouse teams for smooth execution.
Compliance & Cost Recovery: Ensure adherence to SOPs and recovery of costs (e.g., storage/detention) from responsible parties.Qualifications:Graduate or MBA in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business or related field
4-5 years of experience in import/logistics operations
Strong experience in import logistics (sea freight preferred)
Good analytical skills (Excel - reporting, data analysis)
Effective communication and stakeholder management
Problem-solving and team leadership ability
