Lead project teams in the execution of IT digitalization initiatives, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.b. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Agile Managementa. Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to assist in backlog grooming and prioritization, sprint planning, and sprint review meetings.b. Work closely with various cross-functional Agile teams to assist in feature definition, development of user stories and acceptance criteria, release planning activities.Qualifications:· A minimum of 10 years of experience with bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.· Proficiency with project management processes, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE).·Familiarity of project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, JIRA, Asana, etcHaving any of the following certifications will be advantageous.Project Management: Certified in Project Management (PMI-PMP) or Certified associate in project management (PMI-CAPM) or Certified Project Management Associate (IPMA-CPMA)Agile: Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Certified ScrumMaster (SA-CSM)Business Analysis: Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (IIBA-CBAP)
