Senior Draftsman

• Prepare and review complex technical drawings, layouts, and plans
• Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models based on design concepts
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with standards and specifications
• Modify drawings based on engineering or architectural inputs

• Guide and support junior draftsmen in daily drafting tasks
• Review and approve drawings prepared by junior staff
• Provide technical assistance and training when required

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and site teams
• Ensure timely submission of drawings as per project schedule
• Clarify drawing-related issues with site execution teams

• Ensure all drawings meet company drafting standards and industry codes
• Check dimensions, scaling, and technical accuracy of drawings
• Maintain consistency across all project documentation

• Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and version control
• Prepare as-built drawings and final documentation
• Manage digital drawing archives and filing systems

• Use advanced drafting and modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Ensure efficient use of software tools for productivity and accuracy

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting

• 5–10 years of experience in drafting and design preparation

• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and industry standards
• Ability to interpret complex engineering/architectural concepts
