The company is led by a Director of Marketing with 7+ years of experience in the UAE market and a strong background in business consulting, branding, and market expansion.This is a unique opportunity to join from day one, help build the client portfolio, and grow into a key commercial role as the business expands across Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Agent with strong commercial drive, excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, and ideally experience in the travel or luxury hospitality industry.The person will be responsible for:Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and grow a new B2C client portfolio for luxury trips to Dubai.Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, consultative selling, quotation, and closing.Advise customers on premium travel experiences, itineraries, leisure plans, and Dubai attractions.Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to align campaigns, sales messages, and customer engagement strategies.Represent the company in a multicultural market and contribute ideas to shape the brand from the ground up.Support early-stage operational tasks typical of a fast-growing, newly established company.🎯 Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who brings:RequirementsNative Spanish speaker + fluent English.Background in sales, ideally in travel, leisure, luxury services, hospitality, or customer-facing industries.Strong ability to create long-term customer relationships and manage multiple leads at once.Proactive mindset, resilience, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.A genuine passion for travel and customer experience.Highly Valued (But Not Mandatory)Experience working in travel agencies or tour operations.Existing client portfolio in Latin America, Spain, or the expat community in Dubai.Experience in marketing or social media (this may allow for a higher salary band).Previous experience living or working in the UAE or Gulf region.Why This Role Is SpecialYou will join at a foundational stage, shaping the future of the company.Fast growth opportunity: future teams may include Marketing Assistants, Travel Consultants, etc.Direct daily collaboration with the company’s founder and Marketing Director.A perfect role for someone ambitious who wants to establish a strong long-term career in Dubai’s luxury travel market.Salary & PackageCompetitive Dubai market salaryPerformance-based bonuses as the business grows.Interested?
