Engineer - MEP (HVAC/LSP)

• Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Execute HVAC and LSP works at site as per approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning in compliance with project standards and local authority regulations.

• Chilled water piping (CHW supply & return)
• Refrigerant piping (DX / VRF systems)
• GI / PI ducting systems
• AHUs, FCUs, VRF outdoor & indoor units
• Ventilation & exhaust systems
• Ensure proper supports, vibration isolators, insulation, and alignment.
• Verify installation of dampers, VCDs, FSDs, diffusers, grilles, and louvers.
• Coordinate equipment positioning with civil and electrical teams.
• Conduct duct leakage testing.
• Supervise pressure testing and flushing of CHW piping.
• Monitor air balancing and water balancing.
• Assist in HVAC startup and performance testing.

• Domestic cold & hot water piping
• Drainage & soil/waste piping
• Storm water piping
• Water heaters and transfer pumps
• Sanitary fixtures installation
• Ensure proper slope, alignment, supports, and insulation.
