- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Organize and store items in designated locations in the warehouse.
- Issue materials and items based on requisitions.
- Maintain updated inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the warehouse/storage area.
- Coordinate with corresponding departments regarding stock levels.
- Handle documentation related to inventory, including delivery notes, invoices, and stock movement records.
- Report any discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items to the line manager.
- Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels.
