Join us.Job DescriptionAs part of AECOM's commitment to Emiratisation and in accordance with UAE labour law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.

Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.
Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.
Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.
Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.
May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.
May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
UAE National with family book.
Experience performing architectural/engineering calculations and technical analyses.
Proven ability to prepare specifications, reports, and data tables.
Strong skills in preparing, reviewing, and approving architectural drawings.
Experience working collaboratively with design and drafting teams.
Ability to manage complex technical assignments with minimal supervision.
Strong coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders.
Experience supporting training, mentorship, or evaluation of junior design/drafting staff.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
