The Senior Visual Merchandiser is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing creative visual merchandising initiatives that attract customers, elevate brand presence, and convert footfall into sales through effective product placement and store storytelling.Key Responsibilities
  • Translate visual merchandising plans into execution through creative windows, product placements, props, and floor designs
  • Execute seasonal floor plans, store launches, and floor changes in line with brand calendars
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to manage production and installation timelines
  • Enhance brand presence through innovative ideas while remaining cost-conscious and supporting cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained in line with Majid Al Futtaim Marketing and Communications principles
  • Monitor visual merchandising trends and customer responses to continuously elevate the in-store experience
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, and Store teams to drive cohesive execution and sales impact
  • Implement store signage programs according to commercial guidelines
Ideal Profile
  • High School Certificate
  • Fluency in English
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in visual merchandising or fine arts
  • Strong attention to detail with a creative and structured approach
