Lead and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Managing a team of 8-10 with a hands on approach.Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial standards within the not-for-profit sector.Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organisation's objectives.Oversee resource allocation to optimise financial performance and sustainability.Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and guidance.Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders and board members.Manage risk and implement effective controls to safeguard assets.Supervise and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and development.ProfileA successful Head of Finance (UAE National) should have:
A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.Proven expertise in financial management within the not-for-profit sector.Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead and inspire a finance team effectively.Strong communication and presentation skills.Job Offer
