- Greet and engage guests warmly, creating a welcoming bar atmosphere.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks to high presentation standards.
- Promote daily specials and signature offerings to boost guest satisfaction and sales.
- Manage bar inventory, maintain stock levels, and ensure bar equipment is in working order.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Process cash and card payments accurately and efficiently.
- Support restaurant service by coordinating with colleagues to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Follow local food safety and alcohol service laws at all times.
- Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, bar, or upscale dining venue.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine service, and bar hygiene practices.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 23 kg; comfortable with bending and standing for long periods.
- Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English; other language skills are a plus.
