The successful applicant will play an important role in assisting the Service Manager to deliver consistent and quality service to our guests. Our Captain will be looked to to inspire his colleagues every day to ensure that the quality of service for which Shangri-La hotel is known and loved is upheld.What we are looking for?

What will you do?
Interact with clients and understand their needs.
Guide the guest through the menu.
Fulfil guest orders in an effective and organised manner.
Work with Sofra BLD team to keep excellent service standards.
Communicate effectively the requests of the guest with both kitchen and Service Associates.
Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
