- Drive end-to-end execution of product launches, collaborating with global teams, sales, and other stakeholders to achieve successful market penetration.
- Spearhead consumer-centric marketing initiatives leveraging digital and traditional channels to enhance brand awareness and foster loyalty.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges, offering insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead a high-performing marketing team, cultivating a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation for maximum return on investment while ensuring alignment and successful execution of marketing plans with sales, regulatory affairs, and other cross-functional teams.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary to drive success.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Completion of a Master's degree is advantageous).
- Established track record of leadership in marketing within the consumer healthcare industry (Minimum of 10 years).
- Profound knowledge of the Middle East markets.
- Exceptional strategic acumen, communication prowess, and adeptness in team leadership.
- Proven achievements in the initiation and supervision of healthcare product launches.
- Expertise in digital marketing and adeptness in utilizing market analysis tools.
