- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status during home visits.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, preventive measures, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
- Experienced Nursing Professional: Minimum of Eligibility to attain License in DOH as RN Nurse and Practical Nurse.
- Valid nursing license from the Department of Health (DOH) in the UAE. (If you are confident enough to get the license, we welcome you to apply with us)
- Proficient in clinical skills, including wound care, medication administration, and patient assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying patient needs.
