Project Manager / Site Agent
Structural Engineering & RepairsCan you plan, drive, organize and build a relationship with a client. Handling concrete repairs works on horizon & vertical projects.

These could be valued from 3 - 30 Million AED.
Some of the more challenging projects arenu0027t always the largest in value. Can you manage a day shift and night if needed on a live shopping mall ?
Can you accelerate a program due to a Formula 1 Event?

ABOVE are all very normal factors in the UAE. Clients are demanding on design changes and deadlines can move. Can you adapt to change , keep calm and have clarity on how to execute to time and budget.Client:

Reporting into the UAE Divisional Manager you will take full control of a project, workforce & client.If needed you will have the attitude and approach to handle pre-construction looking at logistics , critical path and any challenges or risks that may come !What is critical for this EMPLOYER is a willingness to embrace material repairs and solutions.This could be in-depth Concrete, Post Tension or Strengthening works both vertical and horizontally.Do you match the following :

Experience in a Leadership capacity on site as a Site Agent / Project Manager handling civil & concrete works
Understand the full life cycle of project management
CV & career history that shows loyalty , success & progression
Civil Engineering Degree or Relevant Construction Education
Capable to seize opportunities
Strong communication skills

Benefits on offer :

Lump Sum Salary Package up to 31,000 AED Per Month if you have local UAE concrete repair experience. If new to the region the salary range is 24-28k AED Per Month
