Our client, a leading legal service provider is seeking an experienced Receptionist for their Abu Dhabi division.

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors
  • Answer, screen and direct phone calls
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage mail and deliveries
  • Maintain and organize files
  • Assist attorneys with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate travel and meetings
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Perform other general office duties
  • Any relevant degree
  • Minimum 5 Years experience in a Receptionist or Administrative role
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus
