- Develop new customer relationships and acquire key accounts in the utility renewable energy
- sector.
- Take full ownership of assigned key account customers, ensuring their needs are met and
- relationships are maintained.
- Lead negotiations and provide support at the C-level with Utilities, Investors, Developers, and EPCs.
- Identify and analyze customer requirements for products and services, ensuring alignment with the company’s offerings.
- Take responsibility for achieving key account sales targets and overall business growth.
- Collaborate with the solution engineering team to ensure customer requirements are addressed in
- product development and service delivery.
- Present new products and services to key accounts, positioning the company as a leader in the
- renewable energy market.
- Stay informed about industry trends and conduct market analysis to drive sales growth.
- Develop innovative sales strategies to capture new business opportunities and strengthen
- relationships with existing customers.
- Analyze sales potential, identifying key areas for growth and improvement.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of subordinate account managers to achieve company goals.
- Oversee sales initiatives and strategies in specially assigned sectors, ensuring successful execution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the utility renewable energy sector.
- Fluent in spoken and written business English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Extensive experience working with Utilities, Investors, Developers, and EPCs.
- Strong background in contract negotiations, particularly with senior management and C-level executives.
- A polished and cultivated business attitude, with a professional demeanor and attention to detail.
- Possibility of working remotely, demonstrating self-discipline and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams from different locations.
- A team player with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage internal and external stakeholders.
