What will you do?
Oversee daily spa operations, including Scheduling, Reservations, Inventory Management, and facilities upkeep.
Develop Strategic plans to enhance the Spa's performance and Guest satisfaction.
Ensure guests receive personalized, attentive, and high-quality service throughout their spa journey.
Monitor and control operating costs and expenses while maximizing Revenue opportunities.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Sanitation standards.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages Teamwork, Professionalism, and Employee satisfaction.
