This role is responsible for shaping and delivering a centralized product platform that replaces manual processes with automated, intelligence-led systems. The Senior Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions that enhance decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and support rapid growth across multiple international markets.Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmap for category management, pricing, and merchandising platforms
- Lead development of scalable systems for assortment planning, listing workflows, and pricing optimization
- Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture design, APIs, and system integrations
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to delivery and continuous improvement
- Work closely with category managers to identify gaps and translate business needs into product features
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Ensure alignment between regional and global stakeholders for product strategy execution
- Monitor product performance and implement enhancements based on data insights and user feedback
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management with strong delivery track record
- Experience building data-driven platforms or internal enterprise tools
- Strong technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data pipelines
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and recommendation systems
- Ability to operate in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
