- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience. At least 5 years of experience in the UAE. Proven experience in residential building construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.
- PMI-PMP or PMI-SP certification is a plus.
