Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed.
Follow established procedures for documenting customer interactions and maintaining records.Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
