- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue in the leisure sector
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the industry
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
- Forecast sales, set targets, and develop action plans to ensure consistent growth
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and services
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management in similar role for a reputed Hotel in Dubai.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive Leisure market
- Exposure to Corporate Segment would be a Plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools
- In-depth knowledge of the leisure industry, including current trends and market dynamics
