  • Strategic Asset Management, including the creation of frameworks, policies, and long-term roadmaps for asset-intensive organizations.

  • Fixed Asset Register development, reconciliation, and asset accounting, ensuring compliance with international accounting and reporting standards.

This is a fast-growing practice offering significant opportunities for senior leaders to drive change on high-profile national and regional infrastructure programmes.The RoleAs an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal leadership role in defining strategy, shaping client transformation agendas, and ensuring successful execution. You will lead client engagements, manage diverse teams, and oversee delivery of large-scale programmes while driving innovation and building lasting client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy
  • Lead the design and delivery of Asset Management strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps for government and private sector clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing strategic direction and shaping investment decisions.
  • Manage large, complex transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Set up and run Transformation Offices / Programme Management Offices (PMO) to monitor and drive delivery.
Project & Engagement Delivery
  • Oversee multi-million-dollar engagements across diverse sectors, ensuring quality, timeliness, and impact.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, business cases, and transformation frameworks.
  • Ensure delivery excellence by embedding global leading practices, ISO 55000 standards, and innovative methodologies.
  • Manage project risks and stakeholder expectations, ensuring successful business outcomes.
People & Practice Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of consultants, managers, and assistant managers to build a high-performing, inclusive culture.
  • Contribute to practice growth by shaping thought leadership, methodologies, and innovative service offerings.
  • Support business development by leading on proposals, client pitches, and thought leadership pieces.
The PersonWe are seeking a dynamic leader who combines deep technical expertise in asset management with proven leadership skills. You should have a track record of shaping strategy, managing transformation programmes, and leading teams to deliver large-scale impact.Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in asset management, consulting, or related industries, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience delivering enterprise-wide Asset Management strategies and transformation roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation programmes and PMOs in asset-intensive industries.
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 55000 standards and certifications such as IAM or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development, proposals, and winning new work.
  • Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders, communicate complex strategies clearly, and build trusted relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Sector expertise in one or more: Transport, Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Defence, Telecoms.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral). Arabic language is an advantage.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
