- Setting sales targets for the organization
- Assigning tasks to telemarketers to achieve sales objectives
- Communicating with customers via cold calling and email marketing
- Explaining products and services to customers
- Writing scripts with all information required to understand the products
- Generating leads for outside sales teams
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Telesales role, ideally within the Education industry.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- Experience in Tele sales or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Proficient in English in order to effectively liaise with the stakeholders in the region
- Location: Work from Office
- Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 per month + Incentives
- Education: MBA (Preferred)
- Experience: Sales Executive: 6 months - 1 year (Preferred)
