- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.- 2-3 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to generalist activities, preferably in luxury retail, jewelry, or fashion.- Fluent in English, and Arabic is preferred - but not mandatory- Knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.- Highly collaborative, proactive, passionate, and eager to learn and grow within HR.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high Emotional Intelligence (EQ).- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, leading with empathy and keeping people at the heart of the business.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Additional informationReports to: Senior HR Manager, Middle East Location: Dubai, UAE
