- Support in developing and delivering the annual operational business plans and KPIs for the unit and contribute to performance monitoring and reporting for the unit so that overall objectives are met.
- Ensure the continuous improvement of the Prize brand, including brand identity, core values, unique selling points, as well as brand guidelines and visuals in order to ensure that the brand is compelling and is represented and promoted in a consistent manner, in line with leading industry practices.
- Lead on all branding projects including audits and research to improve brand's reputation and equity. Manage activities related to brand visuals and design. This includes all brand-aligned assets produced internally or with third-party vendors, ensuring consistency and quality across applications.

- Manage the internal branding team and the effective achievement of objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing staff and providing formal and informal feedback in order to maximize overall performance and team motivation.
- Ensure execution of required designs and think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
- Oversee all newly branded applications and materials to ensure it is aligned with the Prize's branding visual guidelines.
- Ensure that all brand visuals and assets used in events and initiatives are aligned with the Prize's brand identity and delivered to a high standard
- Ensure the development of creative briefs for all marketing initiatives, ensuring objectives and strategies are clearly identified so as to facilitate working jointly with internal departments and outside agencies.
- Support the consistent visual representation of the Prize across its digital platforms and ensure that brand guidelines are applied effectively across all channels
- MBA or relevant master's degree from a top-tier internationally recognized higher education institution • bachelor's degree in communications, mass media, marketing or related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in senior roles in branding, visual identity management, and brand architecture for large organizations or an equivalent experience
- Previous work on brand audits and research
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills leading to a consultative approach within a corporate / multifunctional environment.
- Strong understanding of the complexity and challenges of driving/building a project delivery culture and strong project management skills.
- Experience working in collaboration with marketing teams, with a clear focus on visual and brand alignment across multi-channel deliverables.
- Knowledge of latest sustainability trends
- Strong knowledge of budget management
