- Commission and incentives on successful listings and salesJob SummaryOur client is seeking a dynamic and well-connected Sales Executive with proven experience in listing premium food brands, especially eggs or chilled products, in high-end supermarkets and modern trade outlets in the UAE.Key Responsibilities- Business Development- Identify and approach category buyers in top retail groups (e.g., Spinneys, Choithrams, Waitrose, Carrefour, Union Coop).- Secure listings for premium egg SKUs across targeted supermarket chains.- Negotiation and Deal-Making- Negotiate listing fees, promotions, and shelf visibility deals.- In-Store Marketing- Develop and manage in-store marketing and sampling campaigns.- Sales Performance- Track sales performance and ensure stock availability.- Logistics and Supply Chain- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.Requirements- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in modern trade/retail sales in the UAE food industry.- Experience with eggs, dairy, or chilled products is preferred.- Strong network with supermarket procurement teams.- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).- UAE driving license is a must.
