- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and filing documents, and operational management
- Ensure office outreach goals are met by providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders, responding to emails and resolving conflicts and inquiries
- Act as a liaison between external visitors and internal staff
- Maintain and update spreadsheet and database systems, as well as the company website
- Maintain office supplies, order supplies as needed, ensure paperwork is up to date, and perform other miscellaneous office tasks, as required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in an office setting, preferably in a similar role
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of computer applications and software programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite
