- Identify, nurture, and convert new business opportunities within the UAE’s rapidly growing building market.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings, site visits, and technical presentations for architects, contractors, and developers.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and seamlessly manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships for both new and repeat business.
- Track market developments, sustainability standards, and monitor competitor activity in the eco-construction sector.
- Represent the company at key trade shows, seminars, and industry events.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and provide regular performance reports to management.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in building materials, construction products, or sustainability-focused sectors preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Technical understanding of green building materials or engineered wood products is an advantage.
- Results-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- UAE driving license and willingness to travel.
