- Unbilled Revenue Diagnostics: Conduct a detailed review of the current unbilled revenue cycle, identify root causes of billing delays, and highlight gaps in processes and controls.
- Process Optimisation: Design and implement improvements across the end-to-end billing cycle, ensuring alignment with contractual and operational requirements.
- Data Reconciliation & Clean-Up: Validate and reconcile existing unbilled balances, perform aging analysis, and prioritise recovery of high-value items.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams to resolve bottlenecks, streamline approvals, and improve documentation flows.
- Reporting & Governance: Develop dashboards, tracking tools, and structured reporting to provide management with clear visibility on progress, risks, and recovery actions.Requirements - 8–12+ years of relevant experience in revenue cycle management, billing optimisation, and financial process transformation.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on execution capability.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in complex organisations.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or project-based environments is preferred.
- Background in consulting, Big 4, or advisory roles is highly desirable.Mandatory Requirements:

- Proven track record in working capital and billing transformation.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, imperfect environments.
