Job Title: Court Orders Consultant
Duration: Contract 6 months renewable
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEJob Brief:The Court Orders Consultant will be responsible for processing and executing instructions received from courts and official authorities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The role involves safeguarding the organization against legal, financial, and reputational risks while working closely with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Branches, and Relationship Managers.Key Responsibilities:Review and process court orders carefully with strong attention to detail.Interpret different types of court orders (Inquiry, Inheritance, Block, Release, Cheque Issuance) and assess related risks.Utilize the organization’s core banking systems to screen customer accounts and extract required information.Coordinate with Operations to ensure accurate execution of instructions and follow through until completion.Communicate with courts through official channels (e.g., Court Life Portal / CCMS) for reporting and clarifications.Liaise with Relationship Managers, business units, and branches to confirm account details and obtain required information.Handle high volumes of cases efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with internal policies.Escalate sensitive or complex matters to the Manager – Court Orders for review and decision-making.Mandatory Skills:Strong knowledge of UAE local laws, regulations, and banking compliance requirements.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in legal operations, banking operations, or financial services.Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel) and ability to work with core banking systems.High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.Preferred Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Management, Banking, Finance, Law, or related field.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse teams.Experience in handling court order systems/portals (e.g., CCMS).Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to draft clear and concise reports for legal and operational stakeholders.
