The company's certified health, safety, and environment management systems demonstrate its commitment to high international standards in these areas and have garnered high praise and trust from both customers and the UAE government.Overview:We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler (4D/5D) with a strong background in main contractor environments, particularly in high-rise building projects and civil engineering works. The ideal candidate will specialize in creating and managing 4D (time-based) and 5D (cost-based) BIM models, supporting project planning, sequencing, and cost control across complex construction projects.Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and update 4D BIM models integrating construction sequencing and project schedules.
Produce 5D BIM models linking quantities and cost data for budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Create detailed 4D/5D drawings, simulations, and visualizations to support planning and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate BIM models across disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP, civil).
Conduct clash detection, constructability reviews, and model quality checks.
Support tendering and pre-construction phases with model-based quantity take-offs and cost simulations.
Collaborate closely with planners, cost engineers, project managers, and site teams.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEPs, and project workflows.
Maintain accurate documentation, version control, and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience:

Min. 5 years of experience working for a main contractor on high-rise buildings and civil engineering projects.
Strong expertise in 4D and 5D modelling - this is the core specialty of the role.
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Synchro 4D, Primavera, and other BIM tools.
Solid understanding of construction sequencing, project planning, and cost structures.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schedules, and BOQs.
Strong coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
