This includes overseeing staff, setting goals and targets, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability. The Head of Unit will also collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.Required Skills to be successful
  • Proven experience in insurance or a related industry
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance operations and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as ACII or CPCU are preferred
