- Lead commercial planning activities including opportunity assessment, bid preparation, cost estimation and budget formulation
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities aligned with port, terminal and logistics development strategies
- Direct and mentor cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear objectives, accountability and high performance standards
- Manage end-to-end project delivery covering scope definition, scheduling, subcontractor coordination and execution control
- Secure necessary regulatory approvals and permits from relevant Dubai authorities and stakeholders
- Oversee procurement processes, technical documentation reviews and contract administration
- Monitor financial performance including budgets, cash flow forecasts, variations and margin protection
- Facilitate client meetings, progress reviews and structured change management processes
- Implement quality assurance procedures, site inspections and compliance with UAE laws and international standards
- Promote strong safety culture across all project activities and ensure risk mitigation measures are in place
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related technical discipline
- Extensive experience managing infrastructure, logistics or port development projects in Dubai, UAE
- Strong background in contract management, commercial controls and project governance
- Knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and approval procedures
- Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary technical teams
