- Be the prime interface for the Sales geographies (GEO) to support complex deals, non-standard or newly launched products and solutions.
- Be/become a Subject Matter Expert the GEO can rely on to get support from early stages to RFP bids.
- Work closely with the Account Managers and Business Development to create and refine accounts development strategies, in line with Portfolio and Business Unit strategic plans.
- Be the efficient communication channel between central Product Management teams and GEO teams, ensuring roadmaps are well accounted for while market information flow back to Product Managers.
- Actively track, support sales pipeline to ensure portfolio targets are achieved.
- Coordinate multiple parties to define the solutions, such as Engineering, Product Management, Pricing, Delivery, Operations and ultimately get their sign-off on what is proposed by Sales.
- Actively participate in customer workshops together with the Sales team, attend trade shows and other customer-facing events.
- Cooperate on building tailored pricing strategies and innovative commercial models
- Deliver product demos both remotely and on site, and participate in trials and PoC projects in live environments
- As a team player you will share the best practices of your region with the rest of the Solution Specialist Team members to elevate the level of service to the GEO and overall SST efficiency.
- Experienced professional in Information Technology, Airline/Airport passenger ground handling, or the broader Air Transport Industry technology domain.
- Proven ability to design, communicate, and document customer-centric technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of software technologies, including APIs and cloud-based solutions.
- Commercially driven while tech-savvy, with excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
- Effective communicator, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, including C-level decision makers.
- Solutions-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in productivity and analytical tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Word, and Visio.
- Solid understanding of aviation technologies related to baggage processing, such as BIMs, MDS, BRS, delayed baggage handling, and baggage loading systems.
- Knowledge of technical and commercial aspects of the Air Transport Industry
