- Coordinate closely with workshop technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
- Monitor repair progress and update customers on job status and expected delivery timelines.
- Obtain approvals for additional repairs when required and explain the technical reasons clearly.
- Deliver serviced vehicles or equipment to customers and explain completed work and invoices.
- Promote value-added services and support service department revenue goals.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure accurate documentation and proper workflow within the service department.
- Support workshop planning and resource coordination to maintain operational efficiency.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive dealership service operations.
- Experience working in commercial vehicles, buses, or heavy equipment service environments.
- Strong customer service and communication skills when handling technical service requests.
- Ability to diagnose issues logically and communicate repair requirements clearly.
- Familiarity with automotive service processes and dealership workflow systems.
