As our nanny/babysitter, you will be responsible for the well-being and development of our children, ensuring their safety, happiness, and growth while we are away. You will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and loving environment where our children can thrive emotionally, intellectually, and socially.Job Responsibilities:Provide attentive and compassionate care for our children, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily routines.
Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as reading, playing games, arts and crafts, and outdoor exploration.
Foster a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes emotional security and positive self-esteem.
Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being both indoors and outdoors.
Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up children's play areas, doing children's laundry, and washing bottles and dishes.
Communicate regularly with parents about children's activities, development, and any concerns or milestones.
Follow parents' guidelines and routines for children's sleep schedules, meals, and other preferences.
Qualifications:Genuine love and passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow.
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Reliable and responsible with a commitment to punctuality and professionalism.
Willingness to undergo a background check and provide references.
