- Audit the current use of business and information systems in use by all departments and staff members by communicating with internal colleagues
- Analyze and assess understand organizational functions, workflow and requirements
- Identify areas to implement changes in order of priorities, to achieve efficiencies and improved workflow
- Identify process improvements, research optimal solutions in the form of business process improvements and information systems solutions
- Assess risks, create recommendations and present reports to key stakeholders for consideration and evaluation
- Project manage the implementation of new business process and information systems across departments including SaaS and custom solutions such as CRM, HRMS, Accounting Systems.
- Create Business Process and Information Systems Manuals
- Staff Training (execution and co-ordination) for all Information Systems and Processes
- Administration of various business information systems applications used by organization
- Management of Visitor booking platform including creation and setup of new products in co-ordination with various departments, maintaining schedules, managing reporting
- Managing requirements of key stakeholders for Data Analytics Reporting Dashboards and co-ordinating with Data Analyst to achieve these.

- Strong communication and presentations skills adaptable to different audience levels
- University Degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems or Computer Programming
- Strong Analytical, Problem Solving & Critical Reasoning Skills
- Expertise is common use software such as Microsoft Office applications
