Join us and be part of a team shaping the future!Job PurposeTo ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site by monitoring activities, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective measures to maintain a safe working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE standards and project requirementsMonitor work activities and enforce safe work practices in line with company and client proceduresIdentify hazards, perform risk assessments, and recommend corrective/preventive actionsEnsure proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all personnelConduct toolbox talks and safety inductions for workersReport and investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditionsMaintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentationEnsure compliance with OSHAD (Qudorat) requirements and other UAE regulationsCoordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives on HSE mattersSupport implementation of emergency response plans and drillsQualifications & RequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience as an HSE Officer/Inspector in construction projectsTechnical Diploma or Diploma in Health & Safety Management (or equivalent)NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)Registered in OSHAD “Qudorat” system (mandatory)TAQA approval (preferred)Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standardsStrong communication and reporting skillsSkills & CompetenciesStrong observation and hazard identification skillsAbility to enforce safety compliance effectivelyGood documentation and reporting abilitiesTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and decision-making capabilityFor additional information please contact Gelson Dsouza, email gelson.dsouza@bilfinger.com.Bilfinger is an equal opportunity employer.
