- Supervise construction works related to pumping stations, firefighting systems, chilled water networks, and utilities
- Review design submissions, procurement documents, and technical proposals for mechanical systems
- Advise project management and clients on technical matters concerning installation, testing, and commissioning
- Attend factory and site tests to ensure systems meet project requirements and authority approvals
- Develop scopes of work, schedules, and budgets for assigned project elements, monitoring progress for compliance
- Coordinate procurement and subcontractor processes, supporting bid evaluations and contract administration
- Provide technical direction, distribute action items, and prepare progress and technical reports for stakeholders
- Ensure all project deliverables meet DEWA, DM, Civil Defense, and other authority requirements
- Interface with multidisciplinary engineers and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify and document scope changes, supporting project management in risk mitigation and decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 10 years' experience in construction supervision, design review, and testing of mechanical systems for major infrastructure projects
- Strong expertise in pumping stations, firefighting systems, chilled water networks, and utilities
- Full knowledge of Dubai authority requirements and regulatory processes
- Proficiency in CAD and engineering software tools relevant to mechanical systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to perform in a lead role with strong team coordination skills
- Familiarity with international industry standards and best practices in mechanical engineering
