Events Executive (Dubai)Motivate Media Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Executive to support the planning and execution of our premium events, including the What's On Nightlife Awards, Campaign ME Conferences, Gulf Business Awards, Emirates Women Awards, Identity Design Awards, and more.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their events career who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality experiences.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating all aspects of event planning and delivery - including logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
Help manage guest lists, RSVPs, and seating plans for award ceremonies and conferences.
Support marketing campaigns in coordination with the events and brand teams.
Liaise with suppliers, venues, and partners to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Assist with event set-up, registration, guest hospitality, and breakdown.
Work closely with internal teams on branding, sponsorship activations, and post-event reporting.
Provide administrative and project support to the Events Manager.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in event management or events marketing, in the UAE.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus).
High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
UAE driving license is a plus.
Flexible to work evenings or weekends based on event schedules.
