- Attending telephone calls, email communications and follow up.
- Coordinating with PR team for preparation of tenancy contracts, payment follow up with tenants, attending and coordinating on maintenance work of the properties etc.
- Preparing weekly sales report and other reports in coordination with sales and marketing team
- Sourcing hotels, flights, and trains for overseas travels for Directors, their families and staff management team.
- Coordinating with other group offices for queries, ticket booking, courier etc.
- Keeping updated records of directors’ properties, tenancy contracts, renewals, maintenance etc.
- Administration works of the office include printing and stationery procurement, printer accessories, update of all legal documents (CR), certification, tenancy contacts and keep up to date records of documents.
- Keep update of all certifications, trade licenses, etc.
- Informing the concerned person or department head about any documents / certificates that need to be renewed.
- Follow up on all works assigned until they are completed.
- Keeping track of all property renewals and liaising with tenants on time for renewals.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in UAE.
- Female candidates with experience preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Excel and Word and PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel outside the UAE and work after office hours due to difference in time.
- Energetic, follows instructions and presentable with strong communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of booking of flight and hotels.
