- Conduct in-depth research on Emiratization policies, trends, and best practices to support client advisory work
- Research UAE immigration, labor, social security, and payroll regulations across relevant jurisdictions
- Support drafting of advisory notes and workforce strategies related to national workforce initiatives
- Manage routine and complex labor and immigration queries with government authorities
- Support delivery of immigration compliance services to clients across sectors
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, government bodies, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to accurate and timely advisory outputs aligned with regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related discipline
- Emirati National with a valid family book
- Minimum 3 years of experience in employment law, Emiratization advisory, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws and workforce nationalization programs such as Nafis and Tawteen
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a multicultural professional environment
- Strong proficiency in English and Arabic
- Exposure to complex Emiratization and immigration advisory engagements
