Senior Design Manager - Main Contractor

• Lead and manage the overall design process across all stages of the project, ensuring alignment with project objectives, budget, and program.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client, consultants, sub contractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.
• Drive design progress and conduct constructability assessments.
• Review and approve design documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations, international standards, and project requirements.
• Provide technical leadership across architectural and engineering disciplines, ensuring high-quality design output.
• Support senior leadership in strategic planning, risk management, and decision-making.

• Architectural background (Bacheloru0027s degree required) or similar
• Minimum 12 years design management experience, with proven experience delivering Major Build projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes, development regulations, authority approval processes, and local market dynamics.
• Demonstrated experience working on High Rise Residential projects or similar.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring design teams.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen with the ability to drive project progress and resolve complex issues.
• Exceptional communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
