Then you might want to consider joining our over-caffeinated business team, who are the heartbeat of Tap Payments.As a Tapster you will:Coordinate with the Sales team to capture required pre-application dataCollect required application documentation from merchantsPerform initial underwriting checks in accordance with processor/vendor KYC guidelinesAccurately board new merchant accounts to ensure first entry approvalLiaise between the merchant and processors to secure application approvalReview merchant accounts, investigate and diagnose merchant account configuration issuesDe-escalate situations involving dissatisfied merchants and offer patient assistance and supportBuild strong relationships with internal teams to meet launch expectationsMaintain a thorough understanding of processor/vendor products, platforms, and systems Serve as a Tap Payments related products and services expertCarry out other duties, as assigned based on the demands of the business and growth of the roleWhat you will bring to the party:1-2 years of role-specific experience in Financial Services/Fintech/High-Growth StartupsPreferred degree, but real-world experience is also accepted.
