- Generate and qualify new sales leads by identifying key decision-makers, assessing business potential, and converting opportunities into profitable deals. Follow up on supply chain activities to ensure on-time order execution and delivery.
- Develop and implement outbound sales and business development strategies aligned with company goals, including sales processes, structures, and best practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales in Food Service areas, including handling key customer accounts independently.
- Experience in HORECA and experience of Frozen bakery business module.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing B2B customer relationships.
- Candidate must have experience in UAE market, with familiarity in the local territory, client base, and a network they can plug into.
- Job experiences need to be in Food Service areas, with special exposure to Bakery (frozen category preferable). It involves solution providers who know who to sell concepts not just FMCG goods.
- Candidate needs to be having driving license which can be easily convertible or possessing UAE driving licenses.
