
Associate Director, Learning Solutions Manager

- Work closely with Client Learning and Development teams to understand learning outcomes and requirements. Define measures of success and demonstrate how those measures have been met
- Work closely with product, digital learning and content teams to ensure learning platforms and content align with desired learning outcomes and excellent learner experience.
- Creating project plans and schedules covering all elements of solution delivery and share with internal and external stakeholders. Proactively monitor risks & issues escalating where necessary
- Manage all elements of learning solution delivery: raising work requests, logistics, learner assessments, access to learning platforms, assessments, feedback, reporting and invoicing.
- Manage large volumes of queries from clients, learners and stakeholders
- Previous experience of managing clients and stakeholders in Learning and Development environments
- Experience of designing learning programmes and solutions
- Strong organizational skills and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Quick to act, thinking ahead, mitigating risks before they occur
- Influencer, able to build relationships with internal teams as well as clients and learners
- Experience working in fast paced, service led environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management and prioritisation skills. Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
- Good understanding of learning outcomes and learning management systems: setting measures of success and optimising learner journeys
- Previous experience in the learning industry and understanding of the local market, competition and macro-economic factors.
