Responsibilities:Maintain highest standards of hygiene, sanitation and ensure smooth operationControlling Breakage within department as well as utility cost or chemical costSeeking to reduce chemical cost, taking care breakage and daily staff briefing.Ensure smooth and efficient operations in assigned F&B back of the house.Conduct Monthly inventories of all OPEQ/CAPEX and proper record keeping.Come up with possible new initiatives involving new technologyEnrol and develop subordinates with trainings and sufficient tools.Chemical or other MISC resources control and advance planning of goods.Delivering goods requested from Internal/External customers in efficient mannerContinually seek opportunities to develop self and colleaguesMonitor and control the Cleaning supply cost, Manpower cost, Utility cost, chemical cost and fuel cost in line with the budgetControl and report of monthly breakage and inventory reportsManage the administrative / operational requirements and to control utilization of resources and costsProvide functional assistance and direction and be responsible for the smooth running of the whole stewarding operationMaintaining proper storage system of the equipment within the stores, during issuance and collectionDaily/Monthly planning of all types of resources (Staffing, Fleet Request, Meal Request and Equipment bookingsHands on to his subordinates for the operation and leading the event smoothlyAction any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager StewardingProvide best service and ensuring internal customer satisfactionTaking initiative to solve the challenges / problems at the eventPreparing checklists, section duty rotas, requisitions and conducting training as directed by the Assistant ManagerRequired SkillsHigh School Graduate - 12th Grade or at least 3 years’ experience in a similar English-speaking work environment with minimum 1 years’ experience in similar job roleAt least 3 years relevant experience in an Hotel or catering company with minimum 1 years’ experience in similar job roleChemical KnowledgeEnglish Speaking / Reading / Writing (Basic)Grooming StandardsGood Communication SkillsMicrosoft Word / Excel / Power Point ( Basic )Preferable PIC Training
