- Develop, configure, and maintain technical components within Oracle Fusion ERP & HCM including reports, integrations, data loads, and extensions.
- Build and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and HDL under approved architecture standards.
- Develop and enhance BI Publisher, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio reports to meet business, audit, and operational requirements.
- Support Visual Builder applications, Redwood UI extensions, and page customizations as required.
- Provide Level 2 / Level 3 technical support for ERP & HCM production incidents.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to integrations, data loads, reports, and extensions.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring technical incidents and support implementation of permanent fixes.
- Support monitoring, error handling, and recovery for batch and real-time interfaces.
- Support technical testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT defect resolution.
- Assist with deployment activities across environments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD) following change and release management processes.
- Support cutover activities during go-live and major releases, including data validation and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation including design notes, interface mappings, and configuration details.
- Support knowledge transfer to internal teams and contribute to reducing dependency on external vendors.
- Follow coding, documentation, and security standards defined by the Integration & Technical Lead.
- Work closely with Functional Leads to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and offshore teams to execute build and support activities effectively.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and automation across the Oracle Fusion landscape.

- Abu Dhabi, Head Office based with minor domestic and international travel as required.
- Remote working permitted in line with Human Capital policies.
- 4–6 years Oracle technical experience
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or HCM technical components
- Experience supporting integrations, reports, and production environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid onshore/offshore delivery model
