In this role, you will operate and maintain industrial bending machines to produce precision metal components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Operate CNC and manual bending machines to bend metal sheets and components according to engineering drawings and specifications
  • Read and interpret technical blueprints, work orders, and quality specifications to ensure accurate production
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve precise angles, dimensions, and tolerances
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machines to ensure optimal functionality
  • Conduct quality control checks on finished components and document measurements and test results
  • Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions and report issues to maintenance personnel
  • Organize and manage workflow to meet production schedules and deadlines efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with UAE safety regulations and company protocols
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve operational challenges
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, machine downtime, and material usage
Qualifications**Required Skills:**
  • Proficiency in operating bending machines (CNC and manual)
  • Blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation
  • Precision measurement and quality control techniques
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet production targets
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment handling
**Required Experience:**
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating bending machines or similar industrial machinery
  • Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or metalworking environment
  • Proven track record of maintaining quality standards and meeting production deadlines
**Required Education:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Certifications:**
  • OSHA certification or machine operation certification
  • CNC machine operation certification
  • Welding or metal fabrication knowledge
**Domain Expertise:**
  • Manufacturing and metalworking industry knowledge
  • Familiarity with industrial safety standards and best practices
